lack of empathy

I was disappointed with breakfast messups, which could've been fatal! They promised to accommodate my allergies, but it was a disaster. No special treatment at all-i expected at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but no one even bothered. Just couldn't write a good review after that. Shame, really.

Well-equipped and tastefully decorated room with a comfortable bed as well as close to nature for £ 71. Unbeatable and excellent position in the domestic area, not far from the centre, Willow Cottage both for work travel and Eurotunnel.
